The Brief :

To provide an effective Conference set, projection and sound for 900 delegates in the main hall of the Business Design Centre Islington (a large hall with a glass ceiling) keeping within a tight budget. The event was aimed at the company’s own staff to communicate a re-brand and boost staff motivation in these taxing times.

We provided our frameset conference set with back projection screen. We created a rear-projection blackout tunnel and provided a 10,000 lumens HD projector to compete with the high level of ambient light from the glass ceiling. Repeater plasmas down the sides of the room. Eventix seamless switcher between powerpoint and DVD’s. A full range Turbosound sound system to clearly reproduce speeches, musical team-building and a highly energetic motivational session from Olympic Gold Medallist Kris Akabusi!
