At Mascol, our event management services provide all our clients with a ‘one stop shop’. Covering all their events needs, from initial planning right through to the completed event. Since our first event in 1998 we have steadily grown and expanded, building up an extensive knowledge and experience base to cover all aspects of our business as well as regular investment in new equipment and keeping abreast of up to the minute technology.

 We are pleased to offer our clients a full range of technical services from dry hire equipment rental through to full event management. For continuity and peace of mind you will be able to work with a single contact in the form of an experienced project manager from engagement, development and planning all the way through until completion of the event.

Our philosophy is to start with the client’s Event Aims and work backwards from there to ensure our clients target their spending on the correct equipment, crew and time and cut out any unnecessary waste to fit in with any budgetary constraints they may have.

We have a strong team of dedicated professionals working together for you – all of who individually demonstrate their enthusiasm, commitment and hard work on every event, be it big or small. A small full time core of staff are supplemented, on an event by event basis, with top freelance technicians – all experts in their field.



We moved into our current home at Peacehaven on the outskirts of Brighton in 2003 and have benefited since then from comfortable office space for the projects, admin and accounts team, together with a boardroom for internal and client meetings and a video edit suite. Extensive storage for all our equipment and set panels is supplemented with a large on site carpentry workshop.



At Mascol we are lucky to have our own dedicated Carpentry Workshop. This gives us the capability to design and make up bespoke wood items as we require them for events. In the past this has included a huge variety of Set Panels in varying shapes and sizes, screen surrounds, plasma plinths, projector towers, reception desks, comfort monitor stands and hides, stage units & steps, speaker brackets & stands, lecterns and even the odd award trophy!

We have curated Awards Events for clients such as Archant Life Publishing who are the local publishers of Sussex Life, Essex life, Surrey Life, Kent Life Food & Drink Awards.

Fund Raising Events

Created bespoke fund raising events for local, national and international Charities such as Chestnut Tree House, Rockinghorse Appeal, Macmillan Cancer, Raisa Gorbachev Foundation and the Sussex Martlets.

In Europe

We have been pleased to work in mainland Europe; a couple of highlights being an event for Valentino in Rome and for MTV in the beautiful mountains of Bavaria.

Corporate Hospitality

Corporate Hospitality events such as Laurent Perrier at the Taste Festival and Deutschebank at the Frieze Art Fair.


We have provided footage of countless cardiology procedures for medical manufacturers such as St Judes and Medtronic. We also shoot & edit footage to prepare video sequences to play back at our events.
