We have an extensive stock of equipment for event use – much of it is available for Dry Hire i.e. to hire from us to use yourself, without our technicians on site to manage it. In our experience our clients have varying degrees of technical expertise so instead of publishing an exhaustive list of equipment for you to sift through we prefer to talk to you directly and find out what you are trying to achieve then come up with a set of equipment suited to your needs. Importantly this also means we know what you intend to do with the equipment and where you intend to use it so that we can ensure you have all the necessary cables to connect the kit together and power leads to get it all working!

If you have an event, big or small, and you don’t require anything too technical that requires us to supply a technician on site we can help with a range of Dry Hire Equipment to suit your needs.
We can deliver equipment to your event venue for you to set up, we can set it up for you and leave you to it then come back and collect or you can even pick it up from our warehouse yourself! Popular Dry Hire items include Projectors and Screens, Flipcharts, PA Systems and lighting but we have a large store of equipment and can handle most requests.
